Where duplicate accounts are identified, join77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.
1.4 Account Security

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
join77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). join77 does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed within the player's account area and are subject to change. Players who have reached higher tiers within the join77 VIP Club may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. join77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Source of Funds
All funds deposited into a join77 account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, join77 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and retain any associated winnings pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the join77 Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the time period specified. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the promotional period.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
join77 reserves the right to withhold bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; using software or automated systems to participate in promotions; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
4.4 Promotional Changes
join77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be entitled to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to join77's right to void a promotion where abuse or technical error is identified.
5. Game Rules and Sports Betting
5.1 Game Outcomes
All casino games offered on the join77 Platform utilise independently certified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous outcomes, account status, or any action taken by join77. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except in the case of a confirmed technical malfunction.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the join77 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Bets are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). 5.3 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; an obvious pricing error is identified; the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; or a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). join77's decision on void bets is final.
5.4 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform, any game round or bet that cannot be properly verified or completed will be declared void and stakes returned. join77 accepts no liability for any losses, inconvenience, or missed opportunities resulting from technical malfunctions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
6. Responsible Gaming

6.2 Player-Set Limits
All players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wager limits directly within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. join77 will not override player-set limits at the request of any third party.
6.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting the join77 support team. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access their account balance. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the join77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Platform Availability

9.2 Limitation of Loss

In any event, join77's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Connectivity and Device
join77 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, browser incompatibility, or any other technical issue on the player's side that results in a game round, bet, or session being interrupted or lost.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
join77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Account Closure and Termination

11.2 Termination by join77

In cases of termination for breach, join77 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the join77 Platform shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
